I didn't run % of increased damage because I needed more bows to have more concrete results and I'm still grinding. With this I concluded that Normal Arrows means Normal and Charged versions of R2 and it works with coatings, wich was my initial concern. I checked the damage for every shot but put down only Level 2 Charged Shot, Level 2 Spread Shot and Dragon Pierce. I used as data the damage value (without crits) from the training area, didn't have any armor in my hunter, nor talons or any buff.
So, how I didn't had an answer I did some tests myself. It got me like: "what the hell is normal arrows?
