Is there a way to set everthing back to factory defaults and completely uninstall Logitech Alert? Either scripts and active content are not permitted to run or Adobe Flash Player version 10.2.0 or greater is not installed. You can now move the camera to its desired location. Powerline Network Utility sees all of the devices as connected with good Mbps. To setup the system, you must first install the Logitech Alert Commander software and plug in the two cameras. I ended up using Logitech Powerline Network Utility to change the passwords back to HomePlugAV on all the devices but Alert Commander still cannot see the cameras but can. When I went back to my laptop the laptop was unable to find the Cameras and just gives me a gray screen with the date of when the camera was last seen. I put in my default password I use for most things. 1) Be sure that Logitech Alert Commander sotware is running on the PC before beginning installation of camera. I'm a little foggy as to the exact timing of the events but I believe when I first launched Alert Commander on the desktop it prompted me for a password. I decided to install it on my desktop computer. I have been using Alert Commander from a laptop.
